Robert Harpin has been a freelance Photographer for over 10 years. After leaving his first job in the news media he spent the next year working as a freelance photographer trying his hand at fashion, product, travel, portrait and nightlife photography. This variety of disciplines allowed him to focus in on his true skills as a photographer. The outcome was a certain proficiency for capturing stunning candid photos of the people around him. He has also developed into a strong product and portrait photographer over years of freelance work.
While shooting as the photographer for Squirl House, a self started company providing photo and video services, Robert was able to develop a unique style as well as an impressive client list. He has worked with companies such as Staple, Nantucket Bags, Maasai Collections, Sustainable Indulgence, Ice Air, Rony's Photobooth and many more. Within his time in the nightlife industry Robert has worked for music blogs such as Your EDM, Earmilk, This Song Slaps and Casulin.
After entering into the world of corporate media Robert has continued to pick up freelance work on the weekends. Recently he has honed his skills as an interior photographer shooting kitchens for a few interior design companies throughout Connecticut.
